This new folding Zip Rehab Buggy from Medifab is said to meet all the requirements for a growing child. Offering both mobility and independence, the compact aluminium stroller comes in two sizes with a patented folding mechanism of 78cm for the smaller buggy and 91cm for the larger version.
Designed to fit into most car boots, it features two adjustable seat depths and two optional extra long backrests with a carrying capacity from 50 to 60kg within an overall weight of 12.5kg.
There is a choice of solid polyurethane or pneumatic tyres with aluminium look rims. The optional back and seat upholstery as well as the canopy fold simultaneously and do not have to be removed during folding. The angle adjustable foot plate also folds within the framework so cannot be lost.
The buggy comes in three frame and three upholstery colours. The list of accessories includes swivel lock, attendant brake, lap belt, 5-point harness, ankle hugger, groin strap, grab rail, therapy tray and rain cape. There is also a foldable canopy with rain cover, a buggy-board, nylon bag for transport and accessories/nappy bag.
