Children & Young People at Risk Summit

The inaugural Children and Young People at Risk Summit will explore proactive, preventative, and productive approaches, delivering practical, and solution-driven discussions on effective programs, supports, invaluable insights, and key learnings.

It brings together a national audience of key stakeholders and decision-makers from government departments and agencies to not-for-profits and NGOs, legal professionals, police, health professionals, schools, and many others.

Among the topics to be discussed are Using My Voice to Change the System, Ensuring Young People are Safe and Supported, Improving Out of Home Care and the Effects of Trauma on the Brain.

Coinciding with day 2 of the Summit is World Children’s Day and the 35th Anniversary of the Rights of the Child.

It will be held at the Rendezvous Melbourne.
