Visitors to the ATSA Expo in Melbourne will have the opportunity to experience ‘ageing independently’ at the Age Lab Workshop.
The workshop, that will be held on both days of the expo will present insights to help deliver better customer experiences for people of all ages and abilities.
“ATSA is proud of the education provided at ATSA Independent Living Expo’s and we try to offer something new and exciting at each event,” executive officer David Sinclair told F2L.
“This year we have a longer breakfast session for the first time offering in-depth mechanical assessment tool (MAT) evaluation and the new workshop will focus on ageing and what it means for businesses. The workshop also provides the opportunity to wear the ‘Age Suit’ to feel 40 years older and gain a better understanding for how the effects of ageing can affect all aspects of daily life,” he said.
The expo will be held on May 24-25 at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
