Disability Trust Self Advocacy Conference – Wollongong, NSW.

This conference is for people with disability, parents, carers and service providers with Paralympian Dylan Alcott the keynote speaker. The theme is ‘Choice and Control’ and features a range of topics and workshops designed to assist with initiatives for tailoring NDIS plans to personal needs. There will also be a range of activities including cycle way walks and exercise circuits to craft and hair/makeup.

The aims of the conference are to :

• Learn from other NDIS participants about the best way to achieve goals
• Connect with a wide variety of service and equipment providers
• Hear from industry/sector experts
