Do you use a Motorised Mobility Device such as an electric wheelchair or mobility scooter?

If so, you are invited to participate in a government research project to help improve outcomes for those who use these devices. The project is a collaboration between the University of Wollongong and Assistive Technology Suppliers Australia (ATSA) who want to hear about the challenges MMD users face in everyday life.

There are two options available for those wanting to participate. An online survey with information available here or click this link: Qualitative Survey and Invitation to Participate.

Or, contact Dr Theresa Harada, a research fellow at the university, to arrange a suitable time for a phone or online interview. Scheduling is flexible and most timetables can be accommodated. The interview takes about one hour and participants receive a $50 shopping voucher for donating their time. There are also opportunities for participating in other stages of the project. More information is also available here.

For details contact: tharada@uow.edu.au or telephone 0423 383 113 and leave a message.
