Is there a Vision Australia Radio program or podcast you absolutely love? Or maybe you think something is missing on the airwaves? Have your say now in the network’s annual survey.
Whether you tune in via traditional radio, online or listen to one of its podcasts, the radio wants to hear what you have to say. The survey is seeking information not only about the type of shows you enjoy listening to, and your favourite programs, but also what you think the station could improve on.
Network manager, Conrad Browne, said all listener feedback is essential in providing a service people rely on.
“It’s a vital service but there are so many ways we could do more. All of the survey responses help us shape our radio and podcasts offerings into the future. Over the past year listeners may have noticed a few changes in programming, and in the programs themselves, which have come directly from last year’s survey feedback,” he said.
The survey is open to listeners who come from all walks of life and play an important role in the longevity of the station.
“While our main community of interest are people who are blind or have low vision, people enjoy our programs for a variety of reasons. They in turn become supporters, and after a time ambassadors, for both the network and for Vision Australia, and their feedback is welcomed and appreciated.”
The deadline for responses is October 24.
The survey is confidential and takes around five to 10 minutes to complete. Find the survey on the Vision Australia Radio webpage here.
