Employment services provider Asuria has launched ‘Impact for Inclusion’, a socially responsible initiative aimed at increasing representation of people from diverse backgrounds in meaningful, sustainable employment.

The initiative will encourage employers to take the Impact for Inclusion pledge, committing to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce, and being supported on how to do so. Taking the pledge means employers partner with Asuria to foster inclusivity in the workplace by ensuring equal opportunities, enhancing accessibility, promoting continuous learning, and encouraging open, respectful dialogue.

The Impact for Inclusion initiative is open to all organisations in Australia.

Organisations that take the pledge will also gain access to a range of benefits, including:

  • Access to diverse, job-ready candidates, with ongoing post-placement support to ensure long-term success.
  • Ongoing education and peer learning opportunities.
  • Exclusive partner content and tools.
  • Recognition through Asuria’s annual Employer Awards.
  • Inclusion in Asuria’s Impact Tracker and Annual Report.
  • Collaboration opportunities with diversity-focused organisations.

The support available to workplaces that take the pledge includes access to:

  • Learning tools.
  • An easy to follow guide
  • Training programs, and
  • Personalised guidance available on demand from Asuria’s Employment Consultants and Mentors.

All organisations taking the pledge receive a certificate and proof of their commitment to share with staff and clients.

Already, NRMA Roadside, Accommodation Australia NSW, Australia Post and Complete Hospitality Training have all joined the initiative.

“At Asuria, we believe that diversity is about recognising and valuing all the ways we are unique. With Impact for Inclusion, we’re inviting organisations to join us in shaping a brighter, more inclusive future for all,” said Nicole Grainger-Marsh, Asuria Australia CEO.
