The Australian Museum and the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney will launch an interactive online science adventure during National Science Week. Described as a “seismic digital quest,” this virtual experience is jam-packed with free activities, games, digital exhibitions, live-streamed talks and demonstrations. And adhering to the museums Accessibility & Inclusion Action Plan all videos will be captioned.
The curriculum related content has been produced in partnership with the NSW Department of Education exploring an ‘Adaption’ theme featuring theatre and science shows, live panels, workshops and more.
The program is for children aged 5 to 15 years across Australia and runs from August 15 to September 15, 2020.
