Women with Disabilities Victoria is now taking applications for its Enabling Young Women Leadership Program.

Through eight, three-hour group sessions, participants will build their confidence, explore who they are and reflect on their strengths.

Applications are welcome from young women and non-binary people with disability aged between 18 and 25, who live in Victoria or have a connection to the state.

The program is free and participants are provided with the materials they need to complete it, including workbooks, craft supplies, and some tasty treats. It will be hybrid, so participants can attend the three-hour sessions online via Zoom or at Women with Disabilities Victoria’s office in the Melbourne CBD.

The first four sessions will begin in November, with a break over Christmas and the final four sessions – and a graduation celebration – taking place in the New Year.

Visit the Women with Disabilities Victoria website for more information and accessible application forms.
