Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) is investing in a Workforce Development Project to address the significant workforce challenges facing the occupational therapy profession. The project will deliver a plan focused on the ways OTA can support OTs on the ground, both now and into the future.
The survey is now open to both OTA members and non-members. OTA wants to hear from people of all career stages and all practice areas, including those who have left the profession, to ensure the association genuinely addresses the challenges experienced by OTs.
The project involves consulting with OTs, examining existing workforce data and completing a thorough literature review to ensure the plan is grounded in evidence, and reflective of the views of OTs.

The survey closes on June 30.
