Deaf Connect and Deakin University have partnered on a research project about the experience of Deaf and hard of hearing staff.
The project aims to boost employer confidence in hiring Deaf and hard of hearing employees.
Organisations and employees are invited to confidentially share feedback on their experiences through a short, anonymous survey, which seeks to gather insights on employment practices. The responses will inform the development of an employer toolkit that will help organisations to confidently hire, retain, and support Deaf and hard of hearing employees.
