Universal Design (UD) is inviting submissions of abstracts for posters and table topics for the 5th Universal Design Conference.
Posters showcasing research or examples of UD are encouraged and must be A1 in size. In addition to these requirements abstracts should be no longer than 300 words and address the conference theme, ‘Thriving with Universal Design: Everyone, Everywhere, Everyday’.
Table topics are a networking opportunity with a small group to gain feedback on individual work in UD and inclusion. Successful posters and table topics are eligible for full paper or extended abstract submissions which will be published electronically by Griffith University.
All submissions must be received by November 30, 2019. Contact details below.
The conference comes with a promise to broaden delegates thinking about the many ways universal design can be utilised and applied, whether it be a house, website, product, service, or learning program. The process enables everyone to participate in social and economic life regardless of age, background or level of capability.
UD2020 will be held at the Victoria Pavilion, Melbourne Showgrounds from May 12-13. For more information PH: 1300 789 845 or visit www.universaldesignconference.com.au
