A website to help employers and workers address sexual harassment and support them to create a gender inclusive, safe and respectful workplace has been launched.

The Respect@Work website, which is the first of its kind in Australia, is a comprehensive set of over 100 resources to help prevent and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace. Features include training materials, workplace-assessment tools, videos and general information that are free to access.

This one-stop-shop for information was one of the key recommendations of the Australian Human Rights Commission’s Respect@Work Report.

The website can be accessed at https://respectatwork.gov.au.
