It was another great performance from Australian Junior Paralympian, Rheed McCracken. He won three silver and one bronze medal at the IPC World Championships in Lyon, France, recently. McCracken set a new Australian record for the 400m event, in addition to winning silver for the 100m and 200m races and a bronze in the 800m.
This was the 16-year olds second turn at an international paralympian event following his success at the 2012 Summer Paralympic Games in London where he won silver and bronze in the 100m and 200m races.
McCracken has just had his sponsorship contract with Invacare Australia extended for another two years. And in case you were wondering he competes in an Invacare top ends OSR racing chair.
